Derrick Maddox

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, I opened my Allstate agency in Murfreesboro in 1999. Murfreesboro is great community for families, and its proximity to Nashville gives residents the ability to easily commute into the city and enjoy country music, great food and sports. I am an avid sports fan and follow Middle Tennessee State University athletics, the Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, coaching youth basketball and baseball teams, as well as playing golf at nearby Old Fort Golf Course. The Murfreesboro community has supported me for over 25 years, which is why it’s important to me to volunteer and give back. I helped Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt qualify for an Allstate Foundation grant that benefitted the Be in the Zone (BITZ) safe driving program. Raising awareness around teens and safe driving is extremely important to me, so I’m also actively involved with Allstate’s X the TXT® program.
