Celestia Ware

Celestia Ware III is an established Insurance Professional Leader, Community Service Leader, and Philanthropist. Celestia was born in St. Louis MO and raised in Bowling Green KY. Celestia is a Graduate of Kentucky State University with a BS degree in Criminal Justice and Master’s degree from Tennessee State University and Middle Tennessee State University in Criminal Justice Administration.

Celestia is married to Dacia Ware and has a son CJ Ware a Senior at Nolensville High School. Their family resides in Nolensville TN. Celestia is the CEO and Principal Owner for Ware Enterprise LLC. Celestia is the Principal Agent for Farmers Insurance serving insurance products for Auto, Life, Home, and Commercial Business.

Celestia possessing the ability to execute a wide range of Property and Casualty strategies designed to minimize loss ratios while increasing growth; a team leader with a proven track record of developing and training direct reports on underwriting procedures while ensuring compliance with state guidelines. A strong background in working with claims discipline including Auto, Bodily Injury, Training, and SIU. Experienced in Commercial Insurance for the Middle Market Segment and start-up teams.

Celestia community involvement includes 2014 Graduate of Leadership Franklin. Celestia is the Past Vice President and Board Member for the Community Child Care Center. Celestia is a Past Board Member (2013-2016) for the Adult Learning Center of Williamson County. Celestia was Awarded 2012 Outstanding Volunteer of the Year from the United Way of Williamson County. Celestia is a 2015 Graduate of the Williamson County School Ambassadors Program. Celestia served as Mentor and Tutor for Raise Your Hand Williamson County-United Way 2013. Celestia is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

Celestia is a charter member of the Brentwood Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. Celestia is currently serving as Board Member and Past President for Emerging Leaders United Way of Williamson County and serves on the Allocation Panel for United Way of Williamson County. Celestia is the President of the Kentucky State University Nashville (TN) Alumni Association Chapter. Celestia is a past member of Big Brother and Big Sister of Middle TN with six years of service to the program.
