Celestia is a Graduate of Kentucky State University with a BS degree in Criminal Justice and Master’s degree from Tennessee State University and Middle Tennessee State University in Criminal Justice Administration.

Celestia is married to Dacia Ware and has a son CJ Ware a Senior at Nolensville High School. Their family resides in Nolensville TN. Celestia is the CEO and Principal Owner for Ware Enterprise LLC. Celestia is the Principal Agent for Farmers Insurance serving insurance products for Auto, Life, Home, and Commercial Business.
